Jerome Volunteer Fire Department

Jerome Volunteer Fire Department
History
The historic mountainside community of Jerome, Arizona has a new fire
station.
The Jerome Fire Department Auxilliary Incorporated organizes several
fund-raisers during the year. Our biggest event is the annual Halloween Dance.
We also sell t-shirts, hats, copper Jerome license plates, etc. We set up at
the fire department on busy weekends, like Home Tour weekend, and also sell
items at the shops in Jerome.
The Jerome Volunteer Fire Department raised much of the money for the
new fire station. Many people contributed to the fund. Major contributors
($1,000 or more) will be recognized with a permanent brass plaque with their
names on it, attached to the new station. Major contributors so far include:
- Arizona Public Service (APS)
